The Role

• Represent a premium window and door brand at retail stores, trade shows, and community events.
• Engage with potential customers, generate interest in high-quality fiberglass products, and build rapport.
• Convert conversations into qualified leads by scheduling in-home consultation appointments.
• Set up and maintain attractive product displays to draw attention and provide information.
• Conduct personalized in-home consultations to guide customers through replacement solutions.

What You'll Need

• Resilience and confidence to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
• A genuine desire to assist customers and create positive first impressions.
• To be 18 years of age or older.
• Access to a smartphone and reliable transportation.
