The Role • Lead and develop a team of Membership Advisors, ensuring they are equipped to excel in sales and customer service. • Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team. • Drive financial performance by monitoring key performance indicators and ensuring membership sales goals are met or exceeded. • Implement and oversee quality control measures to ensure a superior member and guest experience. • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages continuous improvement. • Communicate effectively with management and team members to strategize and achieve sales objectives.
