Registered Nurse Clinic Plastics and Hand

• Location: Austin, TX
• Facility: Health Transformation Building and Far West Clinic
• Department: Plastics and Hand Surgery
• Schedule: Full-time | Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Travel required

• Lead clinical excellence by acting as the primary resource for nursing standards and evidence-based patient care.

• Create individualized care plans that provide a clear, actionable road-map for patient recovery and therapy.

• Oversee the delivery of therapy programs, ensuring all necessary equipment and resources are available for the patient.

• Support and mentor the nursing team through active supervision to foster a high-standard clinical environment.

• Ensure the integrity of patient care journeys by maintaining accurate documentation for safety and quality.

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required OR a bachelors level degree not in nursing, an active RN License, and enrolled in an Alternate Entry Masters of Science in Nursing Program with a minimum of 1 year in the program completed.

Additional Preferences:

• Prefers 3-5 years of active RN experience.
