Job Description
Innova Search is partnering with a growing Australian retailer operating across Perth and Melbourne to secure a broad technology leadership role. You will report to the COO, set the strategy, prioritise investments and translate technology delivery into commercial outcomes.
You will lead nine people across operations, infrastructure, development and service delivery, establishing structure, ownership and governance while preserving culture and pace. Hybrid work from home once a week is offered.
