The Role

• Performing work according to technical drawings
• Assembling and disassembling mechanical components
• Maintenance, repair, and assembly/disassembly on rail vehicles
• Compiling and installing materials based on work plans and parts lists
• Incorporating changes into the planned workflow
• Identifying production issues, adapting processes, and providing feedback
• Participating in work meetings

What You'll Need

• Completed apprenticeship as a Mechatroniker, Metalworker, Locksmith, or comparable qualification
• Experience in the mentioned tasks is advantageous
• Fluent German language skills (minimum B2 level)
• Driving license Class B and a car
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
