Java Full Stack Developer - AI

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java, React, SQL, and modern AI technologies, including Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agentic AI. The ideal candidate will develop scalable enterprise applications, build responsive user interfaces, integrate AI-powered capabilities, and deliver secure, high-performance software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build responsive and user-friendly frontend applications using React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Develop RESTful APIs and microservices to support enterprise applications.
• Integrate Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) into existing applications.
• Design and implement RAG-based solutions to retrieve relevant information from enterprise data sources.
• Develop Agentic AI workflows to automate tasks and support intelligent decision-making.
• Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries, database schemas, and stored procedures.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend services, databases, and AI-powered APIs.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, code reviews, and application performance optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and scalable software solutions.
• Follow Agile development practices and participate in the complete software development lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Java full-stack development.
• Strong programming skills in Java and experience with Spring Boot and Microservices.
• Hands-on experience developing frontend applications using React.js.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and REST APIs.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle.
• Practical experience with AI/Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Understanding or hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Knowledge of Agentic AI concepts, AI agents, and tool integration.
• Experience integrating backend services with external APIs and enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with Git, build tools, unit testing, and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar AI orchestration frameworks.
• Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone, Chroma, or FAISS.
• Experience with prompt engineering, embeddings, and semantic search.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Understanding of AI application security, evaluation, and performance optimization.
