Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer
Location: Fishkill, New York (On-Site)

Job Summary: We are recruiting for a hands-on technical support opportunity where strong customer service and fast problem-solving make a real impact every day. Our team is looking for someone who can help keep employees productive by resolving hardware, application, and technology issues with professionalism and urgency.

Responsibilities:

• Provide responsive support for device hardware, application issues, requests, and user needs across in-person and virtual channels.
• Research, diagnose, resolve, or escalate technical and procedural issues using multiple tools and documented processes.
• Deliver a welcoming customer experience while maintaining consistent service quality and satisfaction.
• Work flexibly to support employees on-site and remotely while keeping stakeholders informed of progress.

Required:

• Desktop / End User Support experience in a Windows environment
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Experience supporting desktops, laptops and Barcode scanners.
