Senior Software Engineer - C#.NET

Woodbury, MN (Hybrid - minimum 3 days onsite per week)
Full-Time | $110,000-$130,000

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to help design, develop, and support the backend systems and APIs that power both internal platforms and customer-facing applications. This role is ideal for an experienced engineer who enjoys building scalable solutions, improving system reliability, and partnering with cross-functional teams to solve complex technical challenges.

In this role, you will develop and maintain high-performance backend services using C#, build and support RESTful APIs following OpenAPI/Swagger standards, and leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve efficiency and code quality. You will contribute to system modernization efforts, drive architectural improvements, optimize application performance, and support integrations with both internal systems and third-party vendors. The position also involves troubleshooting production issues, collaborating with business and product stakeholders, and providing technical leadership and mentorship to fellow team members.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience


• Strong expertise in backend development with C#


• Experience with mentoring and technical leadership


• Experience building and supporting RESTful APIs and OpenAPI/Swagger documentation


• Proven ability to design scalable, maintainable software solutions


• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills


• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
