The Role • Promote the short-term rental fleet to customers within an assigned territory. • Collaborate with management to coordinate rental opportunities and ensure timely documentation submission. • Dedicate a minimum of 80% of time to customer engagement and relationship building. • Build relationships with re-rental partners and other companies to increase revenue. • Monitor fleet usage to identify under-utilized assets and achieve departmental goals. • Drive a company vehicle to work within your defined territory and develop customer accounts. What You'll Need • Proven sales experience, with a preference for heavy equipment industry sales. • Knowledge and experience with heavy equipment, ideally including specific brands. • Experience with equipment rentals is highly desirable. • Excellent customer relations and communication skills. • Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite. • A valid driver's license with a good driving record.
