The Role

• Drive an exceptional customer shopping experience, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Act as the primary deputy to the Store Manager, overseeing efficient operational workflows and leading the team in a partial capacity.
• Undertake all essential sales floor and stockroom duties, including goods receipt, merchandising, and quality checks.
• Manage inventory tasks such as restocking fresh produce and baked goods, and performing expiry date checks.
• Handle cashier responsibilities and contribute to general stockroom operations and store maintenance.

What You'll Need

• Strong work ethic and a proactive attitude to contribute to a high-performing team.
• A completed apprenticeship in retail, or equivalent experience in retail or a related field.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a genuine enjoyment of customer interaction.
• A willingness to roll up your sleeves and contribute enthusiastically to tasks.
• Flexibility, strong teamwork, organizational talent, and leadership experience are highly valued.
• Proficient German language skills (minimum B1 level) are essential for effective communication with customers.
