The Role • Drive advertising sales by developing new business relationships and nurturing existing accounts. • Meet and exceed sales targets by actively prospecting and engaging potential clients. • Utilize professional sales techniques to build long-term advertising partnerships. • Actively participate in sales meetings, industry events, and trade shows to expand knowledge and network. • Manage administrative duties including sales planning, client record maintenance, and order follow-up. What You'll Need • Proven ability to make compelling oral presentations and articulate value propositions. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building trust. • Self-motivation, resilience in the face of rejection, and effective time management. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ideally CRM software. • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory. • A college degree is preferred, with prior outdoor advertising sales experience being a plus.
