Salary: £13.43 per hour week days £13.93 Weekends

£14.00 per hour Block paid. Additional benefits include enhanced pay for unsociable hours and double-time compensation for work carried out on public holidays.

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will provide person-centred care to older adults across the Cowes area helping them regain independence in their own homes.

Your duties include:

• Personal care
• Meal preparation and basic cooking
• Light household tasks
• Food shopping
• Companionship and emotional support

No experience needed – full training provided!

What We Are Looking For

• Travel Requirements: This is a community-based role, Drivers with a Full Uk licence, your own vehicle and business insurance for Block paid roles. 
• Non-Drivers welcome to apply for hourly paid care assistant positions.
• Right to Work: You must have the right to work in the UK. We are unable to offer sponsorship currently.
• Ability to work AM/PM shifts and alternate weekends
• Good English communication skills
