This role will be responsible for the end-to-end success of fleet technology products, driving product strategy, customer outcomes, and business value through close collaboration with technology and business stakeholders.

The Role

As a Product Manager, you will define and execute product strategy, vision, and roadmaps for business-critical fleet technology products. Working within a cross-functional environment, you will balance customer needs, business objectives, and technical capabilities to deliver measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to customer and business outcomes.
  • Own the full product lifecycle, from discovery and delivery through adoption, optimisation, and retirement.
  • Build a deep understanding of customers, users, and business processes through research, analytics, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, revenue generation, and risk management.
  • Prioritise product backlogs and investment decisions based on strategic value and business outcomes.
  • Lead discovery activities including user research, experimentation, hypothesis testing, and solution design.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, architecture, design, data, and delivery teams.
  • Establish and monitor product goals, OKRs, and success metrics.
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and trade-offs across scope, budget, and delivery timelines.
  • Champion customer-centric and outcome-driven ways of working.

Essential Experience

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner.
  • Strong background working in agile, product-led, or DevOps environments.
  • Demonstrable experience developing product strategies, roadmaps, and prioritisation frameworks.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across business and technology teams.
  • Experience leading product discovery, customer research, and data-driven decision making.
  • Commercial awareness with a strong focus on delivering measurable business value.
  • Experience working within the energy sector and ideally exposure to fleet technology products.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience working within regulated industries.
  • Knowledge of Product Operating Models.
  • Product management certifications.
  • Experience using OKRs and outcome-based product management approaches.
