- Implementation & Consulting Responsibilities As an AI Engineer, you’ll work directly with management and our clients on AI projects.
You’ll steer solutions through the entire development process: Building modern AI applications using LLMs, RAG systems, agents, and machine learning Developing everything from prototypes to stable production systems Design, integration, and optimization of AI workflows Provide technical support in workshops and client projects Develop concepts and technical documentation Qualifications What You Bring to the Table 2 to 4 years of experience in software development, as an AI Engineer or ML Practitioner Very strong Python skills Experience with stacks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and APIs from OpenAI or Anthropic Practical experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and evaluation methods Basic understanding of cloud infrastructures such as AWS, Azure, or GCP German at the C1 level or higher, as well as fluent English Willingness to interact with clients and occasionally work on-site Benefits What We Offer Attractive compensation package with a bonus structure Direct collaboration with senior management and genuine autonomy Diverse projects with established clients Hybrid work model with an office in Frankfurt Training budget and hardware of your choice The opportunity to actively help build a young AI consulting firm Apply now!
