About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Charge Up Operator to join our underground mining operation. This critical role is responsible for the safe assembly, loading, positioning, and detonation of explosives to support underground development and production activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely prepare, transport, and handle explosives and blasting accessories for underground mining operations.
• Load, charge, and fire development and production headings in accordance with approved blast designs and procedures.
• Conduct face inspections, risk assessments, and pre-start checks to ensure safe charging activities.
• Maintain charging equipment, explosives storage areas, and accurate blasting records.
• Comply with all site safety, legislative, and operational requirements while working collaboratively with underground mining crews.

About You:

• WA Shotfirer's Licence
• Dangerous Goods Security Card (DGSC)
• Australian citizenship or PR.

• Valid manual driver's licence
