Our client is seeking an experienced Salesforce Product Manager to lead strategic Salesforce initiatives supporting Treasury Management, Wealth Management, Merchant Services, Client Solutions, and Community Association Banking. The role will bridge business stakeholders and technology teams, translate business objectives into scalable Salesforce solutions, and drive roadmap execution, requirements management, and end-to-end product delivery. A major focus will be a greenfield Salesforce implementation within Treasury, defining future-state processes, user experiences, integrations, and operating models, while supporting existing initiatives across other banking lines.

This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. Rate: $75.00 to $80.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with business leaders to define Salesforce product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Manage and prioritize a multi-year backlog of Salesforce enhancements and strategic initiatives.
  • Establish success metrics and business outcomes for Salesforce enablement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align funding priorities, delivery timelines, and product goals.
  • Gather, document, and refine business requirements into actionable user stories and epics.
  • Own backlog prioritization and facilitate requirements clarification across business and technical teams.
  • Leverage Salesforce capabilities, particularly Financial Services Cloud, to address business needs.
  • Evaluate opportunities for new features, automation, workflows, and customer experience improvements.
  • Lead discovery efforts for a new Salesforce implementation supporting Treasury Management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify current-state processes, future-state requirements, and critical integrations.
  • Define business processes, user journeys, data migration requirements, and operational workflows.
  • Partner with technology teams to ensure successful solution design and implementation.
  • Work closely with developers, architects, QA, integration teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
  • Coordinate Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Manage dependencies across multiple projects and teams.
  • Track risks, issues, and delivery progress while removing obstacles.
  • Support user adoption, training, change management, and process documentation.
  • Coordinate production releases and post-deployment support activities.
  • Assist with Level 1 support escalation and issue triage when needed.
  • Drive continuous improvement of business processes and Salesforce utilization.
  • Partner with technical teams on API, integration, and data migration initiatives.
  • Participate in requirements validation and solution design discussions.
  • Review technical approaches and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Understand data flows, system integrations, and enterprise architecture considerations.

Experience Requirements:
  • 5+ years in Product Management, Product Owner, or Salesforce Business Systems roles.
  • Hands-on experience supporting Salesforce implementations and enhancements.
  • Banking or Financial Services industry experience.
  • Experience supporting Treasury Management, Merchant Services, Commercial Banking, Wealth Management, Lending, Deposits, or related domains.
  • Experience in Agile environments utilizing Jira and Confluence.
  • Proven ability to manage product roadmaps, backlogs, user stories, and stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience with requirements gathering, process analysis, and business process redesign.
  • Strong communication and executive presentation skills.
  • Self-starter who can operate independently and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Preferred: Salesforce Financial Services Cloud experience.
  • Preferred: Experience with greenfield Salesforce implementations.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of Treasury Management systems and banking operations.
  • Preferred: Technical understanding of APIs, integrations, JSON, and data migration strategies.
  • Preferred: Experience with CRM transformation initiatives.
  • Preferred: Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Financial Services Cloud.
  • Preferred: Prior experience supporting Wealth Management or Commercial Banking organizations.
