The Role

• Provide optimal and safe patient care utilizing modern medical technology, including ventilation, monitoring, and dialysis.
• Participate in a structured onboarding program, with dedicated tutor support for up to 3 months.
• Engage in continuous professional development and further training opportunities provided by the institution's own academy, specifically tailored for intensive care.
• Collaborate effectively in an interdisciplinary and cross-professional team to ensure comprehensive and efficient patient care.
• Contribute to the high demands of intensive care units with a focus on teamwork and holistic patient support.
• Indicate your preferred specialty area (Anesthesia, Surgery, Neurology, or Internal Medicine) to align with your professional goals.

What You'll Need

• Successful completion of professional training as a nurse or equivalent healthcare qualification.
• Specialty training in anesthesia and intensive care, oncology, or as a respiratory therapist is a plus.
• Demonstrated reliability, strong communication skills, and a high sense of responsibility.
• Loyalty, dedication, flexibility in task execution, and a positive attitude towards interdisciplinary work.
• Experience in intensive care is desirable; however, career starters are warmly encouraged to apply.
• For international applicants: minimum B2 level German language proficiency and recognition of foreign professional qualifications.
