Job Description:

Technical Project Manager — Key JD Points

1. Project Planning & Execution – Lead end-to-end technical projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring scope, timelines, budget, and quality requirements are met.
2. Stakeholder Management – Coordinate with business stakeholders, clients, product teams, engineering teams, and senior management to align priorities and expectations.
3. Technical Leadership – Work closely with architects, developers, DevOps, QA, and infrastructure teams to drive technical solutions and project outcomes.
4. Agile Project Management – Manage projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and release planning.
5. Risk & Issue Management – Identify project risks, dependencies, blockers, and technical challenges; develop mitigation and contingency plans.
6. Resource & Team Management – Plan resource requirements, allocate tasks, track team performance, and ensure effective utilization of technical resources.
7. Project Tracking & Reporting – Maintain project plans, dashboards, RAID logs, milestones, and status reports; provide regular updates to leadership.
8. Cross-functional Coordination – Manage dependencies across engineering, product, QA, security, infrastructure, vendors, and other business functions.
9. Delivery & Quality Assurance – Ensure solutions are delivered on time and meet technical, functional, security, performance, and quality standards.
10. Process & Continuous Improvement – Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, engineering practices, automation, governance, and overall project efficiency.
