Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end application and infrastructure release lifecycle.
Coordinate release planning, deployment schedules, Go/No-Go meetings, and production releases.
Lead CAB meetings and ensure compliance with ITIL Change Management processes.
Collaborate with Development, QA, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Business teams for successful releases.
Identify and mitigate release risks, dependencies, and production issues.
Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation using tools like Jenkins, GitHub, or Azure DevOps.
Track release metrics, prepare status reports, and drive continuous process improvements.
Required Skills
8+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in Release Management.
Strong experience withServiceNow, JIRA, Confluence, ITIL, Agile/Scrum, and Change Management.
Knowledge ofCI/CD, GitHub, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform).
Experience in theInsurance domain is highly preferred.
ITIL Foundation certification is a plus.
