Lead AI Engineer – Key Responsibilities & Requirements

1. Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered conversational agents, chatbots, and virtual assistants using Google Dialogflow CX, AWS AI services, and Microsoft AI platforms.
2. Lead and mentor AI engineers, conduct design reviews, establish development standards, and drive AI solution architecture across enterprise applications.
3. Build and integrate APIs, NLP, LLM, and Generative AI solutions with business systems while ensuring security, scalability, and compliance.
4. Monitor, analyze, and optimize AI agent performance using Looker dashboards, custom indexes, data sources, and performance metrics.
5. Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, create AI solution proposals, and deliver proof-of-concept initiatives.
6. Requires 6+ years of IT experience, including 4+ years in Conversational AI/Generative AI, with hands-on expertise in Google Dialogflow CX, AWS Bedrock, AWS Transcribe/Comprehend, Microsoft AI tools, and programming in Python, C#, .NET, or JavaScript.
