This facility is an academic teaching hospital affiliated with a major university, focusing on providing comprehensive therapy for adults and adolescents. The Role • Co-therapeutic patient counseling to support and deepen the therapeutic process. • Planning and leading co-therapeutic group sessions to foster participant exchange and development. • Assisting patients during meals and exposures to promote stabilization and self-efficacy. • Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings, contributing observations and assessments. • Providing holistic and empathetic individual patient support throughout their treatment. • Working flexible shifts within a structured system to ensure continuous care.
