Retail Sales Associate – Natural and Organic Foods

As a Sales Ambassador at Sprouts Farmers Market, you’ll engage customers, highlight fresh, natural, and organic products, and drive sales in a friendly retail environment. You’ll greet shoppers, answer product questions, offer sampling, and recommend items that fit their wellness goals. Working closely with the Sales & Business Development team, you’ll support merchandising, pricing, and in-store promotions. You’ll help maintain clean, well-stocked displays while delivering fast, accurate checkout experiences.
