Recruitment Partner
We're looking for a Recruitment Partner to support our team on a temporary basis. You'll manage recruitment campaigns from attraction through to onboarding, working closely with both candidates and clients to deliver a positive recruitment experience.
Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates through adverts, databases, and proactive searching.
• Conduct candidate interviews and assessments.
• Present suitable candidates to clients and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide excellent candidate care and support during onboarding.

What we're looking for:

• Previous recruitment experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities.
• Confident using recruitment systems and Microsoft Office.
• Organised, proactive, and customer-focused.
