- Manage air import shipments from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Accurately process shipment documentation and maintain records within internal systems.
- Monitor and track shipments, providing updates and resolving any issues promptly.
- Liaise with customers, airlines, brokers, transport providers and overseas offices to ensure excellent customer service.
- Arrange customs documentation and ensure timely delivery of freight.
- Prepare accurate customer and supplier invoicing.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, customer requirements and relevant industry regulations.
- Work towards departmental KPIs and identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, integrity and continuous learning.
- Previous experience or relevant training is desirable, but not essential
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer systems.
