  • Manage air import shipments from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Accurately process shipment documentation and maintain records within internal systems.
  • Monitor and track shipments, providing updates and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Liaise with customers, airlines, brokers, transport providers and overseas offices to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Arrange customs documentation and ensure timely delivery of freight.
  • Prepare accurate customer and supplier invoicing.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, customer requirements and relevant industry regulations.
  • Work towards departmental KPIs and identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism, integrity and continuous learning.
  • Previous experience or relevant training is desirable, but not essential
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer systems.
