Senior Program Manager

Duration: 9+ Months

Location: Hybrid; on-site Tues-Thurs required in Malvern, PA

We’re seeking a hands-on Senior Program Manager to drive delivery across a complex infrastructure and resiliency program. This high-visibility role partners with engineering teams and senior technology leadership to manage workstreams, resolve dependencies, and keep execution on track.
 
Required Skillset:

• At least 10+ years of program management experience in consulting or client-facing delivery.
• Must have some recent financial services industry experience.
• Proven success managing multiple workstreams within large, complex technology programs.
• Strong planning, governance, executive communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to earn trust and drive accountability without direct authority.
• Infrastructure, platform, or cloud delivery experience preferred; patching operations and infrastructure lifecycle management experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Own workstream planning, execution, milestones, and delivery accountability.
• Maintain integrated project plans, dependency logs, and risk, issue, and decision tracking.
• Lead governance meetings and cross-team alignment sessions.
• Prepare executive dashboards, status reports, and leadership briefings.
• Build clear deliverables from ambiguous requirements and drive progress with engineering teams balancing program work and daily operations.
