The Role

• Develop and implement strategic sales recommendations for new and existing customers.
• Conduct property inspections to identify pest issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Build trusted relationships with commercial clients by acting as an empathetic problem solver.
• Achieve sales goals through effective prospecting and lead generation.
• Utilize provided technology, including iPads, for sales agreements and organization.
• Prioritize safety and conduct all responsibilities with professionalism and integrity.

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain a pesticide license/certification (company paid).
• Ability to work independently in the field and interact professionally with customers.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions and perform essential physical demands, including ladder use and confined space access.
• No prior industry experience required; sales experience is preferred.
