The Role

• Manage vehicle glass repair and replacement, including ADAS calibration.
• Assume the role of "Operations Manager (HWK)" overseeing technical aspects, adhering to company standards, and managing daily operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service from order intake to vehicle handover.
• Handle invoicing, manage customer funds, and process incoming orders.
• Conduct quality assurance measures, manage inventory, and ensure audit compliance.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in a trade, preferably with experience as an Automotive Master Technician, Mechatronics Technician, Mechanic, or Bodywork Specialist.
• Willingness to undergo a skilled worker examination or already be an Operations Manager (HWK).
• A valid Class B driver's license and proficient German and PC skills.
• Strong customer and service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and foster trusting relationships.
