Description

This role supports a technology resilience program by collaborating with various technical teams to enhance organizational response and recovery from disruptions. The position requires active participation in technical discussions, understanding of recovery challenges, and translating complex information for diverse audiences. The ideal candidate has experience in infrastructure, cloud operations, disaster recovery, application support, systems administration, or related fields. The environment is dynamic, with shifting priorities, and a problem-solving mindset is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multiple technology support teams to identify key issues and recovery blockers.
• Produce detailed recovery test reports and executive presentations.
• Drive remediation efforts post-incident and during recovery exercises.
• Build credibility with engineering and application teams.
• Participate in technical discussions involving servers, databases, networking, and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience in infrastructure support, cloud operations, or disaster recovery.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced skills in presentation and spreadsheet software.
• Ability to operate in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities.
