Meet the role:
As a GTM (Go-To-Market) Recruiter, your role is an integral part of the recruitment team. Your primary objective is to engage with internal stakeholders, manage their expectations, and identify talent that aligns seamlessly with our hiring needs.
Your role demands a deep understanding of GTM functions either through direct industry experience or as a seasoned recruiter. Proficiency in distinguishing between these roles and the ability to communicate effectively with candidates are key attributes we seek.
We're looking for individuals who share a genuine passion for this field and can eloquently convey Hevo's mission.
GTM recruitment presents its own unique challenges, and we recognize that. That's why we're seeking someone who can identify top-tier talent while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
In addition to expanding your professional network and fulfilling business demands for new hires, you'll also be instrumental in crafting an environment that fosters sound hiring decisions and an outstanding candidate journey.
