The Role

• Develop and implement treatment plans and activities for residents with psychological, motor, and cognitive impairments.
• Collaborate closely with nursing management to design individual and group programs that enhance residents' quality of life.
• Participate in quality improvement teams, contributing to the enhancement of resident well-being.
• Support residents in maintaining independence through motivation, activation, and tailored assistance.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as an Occupational Therapist.
• A genuine passion for working with elderly and care-dependent individuals.
• Demonstrated empathy and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to promote and empower individuals holistically.
