Pay Range: $25 - $30/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities

• Perform collections and accounts receivable activities.
• Manage disputes and deductions.
• Access customer portals and update payment information in SAP.
• Investigate shortages, chargebacks, returns, and discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Logistics, Sales Administration, and 3PL partners to resolve issues.
• Reconcile returned products and process credits when appropriate.
• Communicate effectively with customers to resolve payment issues.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Collections and dispute management experience.
• Strong customer communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to escalate issues appropriately.
• Advanced Excel skills:
• Pivot Tables
• VLOOKUP
• Macros (preferred)
• Experience using SAP (preferred).
• 2 4 years of relevant Accounts Receivable experience.
• Experience in consumer goods, retail, manufacturing, or similar industries preferred.
• Understanding shipping documents, proof of delivery (POD), and related documentation.
• Experience working with large customer portals (e.g., Best Buy) is a plus.
• Korean Bilingual Requirements
• Read, write, and speak Korean.
• May assist with translations and communicate with Korean-speaking stakeholders.
• Korean candidates should still have at least 1 year of collections/dispute management experience.
• Bachelor s degree not required.
• Relevant experience is more important than education.

• Ability to clearly explain disputes and discrepancies.
• Candidates who can work independently and minimize repeated explanations.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
