Location: Elizabeth City, NC (On-Site)
Pay Rate: $17.00 - $27.00/hour (Based on Experience)

Technical Responsibilities

• Perform inspections, testing, troubleshooting, and repairs on aerostat systems


• Assist with product assembly, disassembly, and hardware installation


• Follow fabrication procedures, technical specifications, and work instructions


• Conduct dimensional inspections and quality verification checks


• Monitor, record, and document operational and test data


• Support factory acceptance testing activities


• Learn to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and flexible structure blueprints


• Work with specialized materials including laminates, tapes, and engineered fabrics


• Maintain a safe work environment and follow all safety procedures


• Collaborate with technicians and engineers on process improvements

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required


• Minimum 1 year of hands-on technical, manufacturing, aerospace, military, or industrial experience


• Basic computer skills required


• Ability to read and follow technical procedures and documentation
