Position: TIBCO Developer

Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite)

Type:       Contract (W2 Only)

Job Description:

Required skills:
· Design, develop, and deploy integration solutions using TIBCO BW 5.x.
· Implement messaging solutions using TIBCO EMS.
· Develop and optimize SOAP/REST-based web services, XML/JSON transformations, and adapters.
· Integrate with databases (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.), enterprise applications, and legacy systems.
· Design and implement error handling, logging, and monitoring solutions.
· Work closely with architects, business analysts, and QA teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
· Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and performance tuning.
· Support production environments, troubleshoot issues, and provide root cause analysis.
· Contribute to Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and follow DevOps best practices

Nice to have skills:
o Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
o Knowledge of API Gateways, microservices architecture, and security standards (OAuth2, SSL, certificates).
o Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools (Dynatrace and Grafana).
