The Role • Independently operate linear accelerators (LINAC) ensuring smooth radiation therapy procedures. • Conduct 4-D simulations and utilize image-guided techniques for optimal treatment planning. • Provide empathetic and professional support to patients throughout their therapy journey. • Contribute to a dynamic team environment focused on learning and advancing medical practices. What You'll Need • Completed and state-recognized vocational training as a Medical-Technical Radiology Assistant (MTRA) or equivalent qualification. • Current radiation protection certification. • Ideally, prior practical experience in radiation therapy. • Ability to approach patients with empathy, friendliness, and respect, maintaining composure in challenging situations. • Strong work ethic, demonstrated through organized, conscientious, and independent as well as team-oriented work. • Excellent communication skills and a high degree of service orientation.
