This is an opportunity to join a high-performing team working across a diverse portfolio of leading consumer brands, helping clients make confident, evidence-based decisions through high-quality insights.

The Opportunity

As a Senior Analyst, you'll take ownership of end-to-end quantitative research studies, partnering closely with consultants to deliver commercially relevant insights for some of Australia's best-known brands. You'll enjoy a high level of autonomy while continuing to build your expertise in advanced analytics, emerging methodologies and AI-enabled research. Your work will span a wide variety of studies, including brand and customer tracking, concept and product testing, usage & attitude research, segmentation, pricing and choice modelling.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Managing end-to-end research projects, from project setup through to analysis and reporting
  • Designing questionnaires and advising on the most appropriate research methodologies
  • Overseeing fieldwork, sampling, quotas and data quality
  • Conducting weighting, statistical analysis and identifying key commercial insights
  • Supporting more advanced analytical work, including segmentation and choice modelling
  • Partnering with consultants to deliver clear, actionable outputs for clients
  • Mentoring junior team members and contributing to best practice across the team
  • Exploring new technologies and AI-enabled ways of working to improve efficiency and quality
About You

You'll have around 3-5 years' experience in quantitative market research, consumer insights or marketing science, and be comfortable managing multiple studies simultaneously.

You'll also bring
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience designing surveys, processing data and interpreting results
  • Exposure to advanced analytical techniques such as driver analysis, segmentation or MaxDiff (or a desire to further develop these skills)
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • A collaborative approach and excellent communication skills
  • Curiosity, initiative and a genuine passion for turning data into meaningful business insights

Experience with platforms such as DisplayR, Power BI or similar data visualisation tools would be advantageous but isn't essential.

You can expect
  • Flexible hybrid working
  • Annual performance bonus
  • Structured learning and career development
  • Regular mentoring from experienced leaders
  • Additional annual leave with tenure
  • An inclusive, values-driven culture where ideas are encouraged
  • The opportunity to work on high-profile brands and genuinely interesting research challenges

If you're looking for a role where you can continue developing your analytical expertise while working on impactful client projects, we'd love to hear from you.
