  • Provide technical leadership during major incidents, root-cause investigations, and problem-management activities.
  • Define and implement cloud architecture patterns, infrastructure standards, security controls, and reliability practices.
  • Drive adoption of DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure-as-Code, automation, observability, and modern platform engineering practices.
  • Evaluate cloud readiness, migration risks, infrastructure requirements, and opportunities for modernization and optimization.
  • Serve as a technical advisor and liaison for business stakeholders, vendors, and application teams, translating complex technical concepts into clear recommendations.

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, Site Reliability Engineering, infrastructure architecture, or a related field.
  • Proven experience implementing cloud solutions and migrating workloads from on-premises/data center environments to the cloud, with strong Azure experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of SRE principles, including reliability, SLOs/SLIs, performance, monitoring, incident response, and operational resilience.
  • Experience with cloud security, infrastructure architecture, and enterprise security practices.
  • Hands-on experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Datadog, Splunk, AppDynamics, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with DevOps and infrastructure technologies, including CI/CD, Jenkins, Git, ServiceNow, Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure-as-Code such as ARM templates or Bicep.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, ITIL practices, vendor management, and data center operations.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Location: Fort Worth, TX
  • Salary range: $125,000–$135,000, with potential flexibility up to $140,000 based on experience
