Workato Integration Architect

Role Overview

DynPro is seeking an experienced Workato Integration Architect to lead the architecture and solution design of complex enterprise integration, automation, and AI-driven transformation programs. This role will define integration strategy, establish architecture standards and governance, and provide technical leadership to delivery teams.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise across Workato integration, automation, API management, Agentic AI, Workato Agent Studio, AI-powered workflows, recipes, connectors, and enterprise integration patterns, combined with strong client-facing and consulting experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Workato solution architecture for enterprise integration, automation, and AI initiatives.
• Architect API-led, event-driven, real-time, batch, and workflow-based integrations.
• Design AI-powered automations and agentic workflows using Workato Agent Studio, Genies, and enterprise applications.
• Define architecture for AI agents, reusable skills, knowledge-driven workflows, and multi-step business process orchestration.
• Leverage Workato Copilot and AI capabilities to accelerate recipe development, mappings, formulas, connectors, documentation, and optimization.
• Design AI-enabled workflows for use cases such as summarization, classification, data extraction, intelligent routing, content generation, and decision automation.
• Establish Workato standards for recipes, connectors, APIs, security, governance, error handling, environments, and reusable components.
• Guide engineering teams on solution design, performance, resilience, security, and observability.
• Support client discussions, presales, solution estimates, proposals, and architecture presentations.
• Mentor Workato engineers and contribute to reusable accelerators and best practices.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Strong Workato architecture and enterprise delivery experience.
• Deep understanding of Workato Recipes, Connectors, API Management, Workflow Automation, and integration lifecycle management.
• Experience designing AI-enabled integrations, agentic workflows, or enterprise AI automation solutions.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, REST/SOAP, webhooks, event-driven architecture, data mapping, and error/retry strategies.
• Experience integrating applications across HR, Finance, Sales, ITSM, Supply Chain, and other enterprise domains.
• Experience defining Workato governance, security, reusable frameworks, and architecture standards.
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with Workato Agent Studio, Genies, Copilot, AI by Workato, or AI/LLM integrations.
• Workato certifications.
• Experience integrating enterprise AI/LLM platforms such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar technologies.
• Experience with multiple iPaaS platforms and enterprise security/GRC environments.
• Presales and solution consulting experience.
