Job Title: Lead Engineer/ Fullstack Engineer

Job Description / Duties and Responsibilities Key Responsibilities 

▪ Lead, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using Next.js (React) for the front end and Node.js/Express for the back end. 

▪ Develop and consume RESTful and GraphQL APIs, ensuring secure and optimized data flow. 

▪ Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, and other developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions. 

▪ Implement responsive, cross-browser-compatible user interfaces with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript. 

▪ Write clean, maintainable, and testable code, following best practices and coding standards. 

▪ Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications as needed. 

Required Skills & Qualifications 

▪ Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). 

▪ 8+ years of professional experience in full stack web development. 

▪ Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript. 

▪ Hands-on experience with Next.js (SSR, SSG, ISR) and React ecosystem. 

▪ Strong backend development skills using Node.js, Express, or NestJS. 

▪ Experience with databases: MongoDB, SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) 

▪ Experience in handling Azure container deployments, CI/CD pipelines.

▪ Hands-on experience with Azure Monitor and Log Analytics, including writing KQL queries for log analysis and troubleshooting.

▪ Ability to analyse application and system logs to identify failures, error trends, and deployment-related issues.

▪ Proficiency with Git and collaborative workflows (GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket). 

▪ Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress) and CI/CD pipelines. 

▪ Familiarity with authentication & authorization (JWT, OAuth2, SSO). 

Soft Skills 

▪ Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 

▪ Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. 

▪ Ability to work in an agile/scrum team environment. 

▪ Self-motivated with a passion for continuous learning and improvement. 

▪ To adhere to the ISMS policies and procedures
