Cisco Telephony & Video Conferencing Team Lead - MUST HAVE SC CLEARANCE - Stevenage Hertfordshire - 14 months+/RATE: £825 per day inside IR35

One of our Blue Chip Clients is urgently looking for a Cisco Telephony & Videoconferencing Team Lead.

CONTRACTOR MUST BE SC CLEARED (active) and BE A SOLE UK NATIONAL (MOD SC CLEARED PREFERABLE)

Profiles with no more than 28 days outside the UK during the past 5 years
Work setup: 100% onsite

MUST BE PAYE THROUGH UMBRELLA

Advanced knowledge & Hands on Cisco video conferencing (CMS, Expressways, B2B, MRA)
Advanced knowledge & Hands on Cisco VC Endpoints different models ( Room, SX,personal, EQ, Webex & Board series)
Advanced knowledge & Hands on room peripherals (room navigators,barco, Displays )
Advanced knowledge of video codecs & Encryption algorithms
Advanced knowledge of Cisco Telephony (CUCM, Unity Connection, Jabber, Cisco SBS, TRP)
Good knowledge of licensing models & certificates.
Good knowledge of SIP/H323 protocols, security as well as system administration.
Knowledge of VMware
CCNP Voice
Team Management/People Skills etc

responsibilities:
Resolve Level 2 Telephony/Video Conferencing Oriented Incidents
support hardware or application tshooting.
respond to customer escalations
Participate in Telephony/Videoconferencing Projects
Assist the operations teams on an ad hoc basis.
Ensure the sanity of the Telephony/Videoconferencing infrastructure.
Management of the local team and sharing of skills.
Vendor & L3 escalations when needed.
