Job Title: Oracle SCM Cloud Functional Delivery Lead (Redwood UI Migration)

Summary

Seeking an experienced Oracle SCM Cloud Functional Delivery Lead to lead a large-scale Oracle Redwood UI Migration initiative. The ideal candidate should have strong Oracle SCM Cloud functional expertise, hands-on configuration experience, and proven success leading enterprise Oracle Cloud implementations and transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end functional delivery of an Oracle SCM Cloud Redwood UI Migration project.
• Own project execution, delivery timelines, quality, and stakeholder communication.
• Manage and mentor a team of approximately 15-20 Oracle SCM functional consultants.
• Coordinate activities between onshore and offshore teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Drive workshops, solution discussions, design reviews, and business process alignment.
• Perform hands-on Oracle SCM Cloud configurations whenever required.
• Partner with business users, technical teams, architects, and project leadership.
• Identify delivery risks and proactively drive issue resolution.
• Ensure adherence to project governance, milestones, and best practices.

Required Skills:

• 12+ years of Oracle ERP experience with strong Oracle SCM Cloud functional expertise.
• Experience leading Oracle Redwood UI Migration or Redwood adoption initiatives.
• Strong hands-on Oracle SCM Cloud configuration experience.
• Proven experience leading large Oracle Cloud implementation or transformation programs.
• Experience managing delivery teams of 15+ consultants.
• Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred SCM Modules

Experience in one or more of the following:

• Procurement
• Inventory
• Order Management
• Manufacturing
• Supply Planning
• Logistics
• Cost Management

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with Infosys-led Oracle Cloud implementations.
• Oracle Cloud certifications.

Work Site: Raleigh, NC or San Jose, CA (Hybrid)
