Description
Join a dynamic team as a Hybrid Instructional Designer. 
This contract position involves creating innovative learning solutions using industry-standard technologies. 
You will conduct needs analyses, develop engaging eLearning content, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance performance. 
Proficiency in content development tools and strong communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct needs analyses to identify learning requirements.
Design and develop eLearning and virtual instructor-led training.
Create job aids and performance support tools.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and business stakeholders.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality and attention to detail.

Qualifications
Bachelor''s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
Minimum 1-5 years of experience in instructional design.
Proficient in using content development tools.
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
Experience with accessibility best practices and visual design fundamentals.
