Pay Range: $44.1 /hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:

• Design electrical systems by developing and testing components.
• Evaluate electrical systems, products, components, and applications through research and testing.
• Confirm system capabilities by designing testing methods and conducting tests.
• Develop electrical products by studying customer requirements and researching manufacturing methods.
• Ensure product quality by designing electrical testing methods and testing finished products.
• Prepare product reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
• Maintain product data by entering data and keeping equipment operational.
• Complete projects by training and guiding technicians.
• Stay updated with professional knowledge by attending workshops and participating in engineering societies.
• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and components.
• Proficiency in designing and conducting research programs.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience with quality assurance processes and root-cause analysis.
