Siebel Developer

Overview

As aSiebel Developer, you will play a key role in providing specialist development and production support for Siebel CRM systems. Your expertise will be instrumental in resolving technical issues, maintaining system integrations, and ensuring reliable platform performance.

Key Duties Include but are not Limited to

• Design, develop, and maintain Siebel CRM configurations, workflows, scripting, Open UI, and integration components.
• Develop and support inbound and outbound interfaces, web services, and system integrations to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with technical leads and support teams to resolve complex issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare technical specifications, conduct unit testing, and support quality assurance activities prior to deployment.

• Technical Expertise:
  Demonstrated experience in Siebel CRM development, including configurations, workflows, scripting, Open UI, and system integrations.
• Problem-Solving Skills:
  Proven ability to analyse complex technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions in a production environment.
• Collaboration and Communication:
  Strong ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional technical teams and communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Attention to Detail and Delivery Focus:
  Experience preparing technical documentation, conducting unit testing, and supporting quality assurance processes to ensure accurate and timely delivery of solutions.
