HR Generalist – Bilingual English/Spanish Required

Johnson Service Group (JSG) is seeking an experienced Bilingual HR Generalist (English/Spanish) for an opportunity in Santa Ana, CA. This hands-on role supports daily HR operations, employee relations, performance management, leaves of absence, workers' compensation, and HR compliance. The ideal candidate is organized, approachable, and knowledgeable in California employment laws.

Key Responsibilities Support employee relations, workplace investigations, and employee concerns. Coordinate leaves of absence (FMLA, CFRA, ADA) and workers' compensation. Administer performance reviews and assist managers with performance management. Coordinate compliance training, employee engagement, and recognition programs. Support California Pay Data and EEO-1 reporting. Maintain employee records, HRIS systems, and compliance documentation. Assist with payroll, benefits, and additional HR initiatives as needed. Qualifications 3+ years of HR Generalist or related HR experience.

Bilingual English/Spanish required (written and verbal). Working knowledge of California employment laws and HR compliance. Experience with employee relations, leaves of absence, and HR operations. Familiarity with HRIS systems. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
