Up to £500 per day Overview An excellent opportunity for a DV Cleared Oracle HCM Functional Consultant to join a major Oracle Cloud programme. You will support and enhance key HR and Payroll services, working with stakeholders to deliver functional improvements while maintaining a critical live environment.

Key Responsibilities Support Oracle Fusion HCM and Payroll operations<br />Configure and enhance HCM functionality<br />Gather and document business requirements<br />Support Oracle quarterly releases and legislative updates<br />Assist with testing, documentation and knowledge management<br />Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders on change initiatives Required Skills &amp; Experience Active DV Clearance<br />Strong Oracle Fusion HCM experience<br />Expertise across Core HR and Payroll<br />Knowledge of Absence Management and Time &amp; Labour<br />Experience supporting live Oracle Cloud services<br />Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills<br />Understanding of Oracle security concepts Desirable UK Payroll legislation knowledge<br />OTBI or BI Publisher reporting experience<br />ServiceNow, Jira or Tosca experience<br />Public Sector HR or Payroll experience Please click to find out more about our Key Information Documents.
