The Role

• Provide holistic nursing care and support to adolescent patients in a shift-based setting.
• Monitor patient progress, observe their conditions, and assist with therapeutic interventions.
• Administer medically ordered treatments independently and collaborate closely with physicians and therapists.
• Maintain structured nursing documentation and manage day-to-day station operations.
• Contribute actively to a respectful, structured, and safe interdisciplinary team environment.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a registered nurse, general nurse, or pediatric nurse.
• Strong social skills, teamwork, and excellent communication abilities.
• Empathy, emotional resilience, reliability, and a genuine passion for working with adolescents.
• Prior experience in psychosomatics or psychiatry is a plus, but not essential.
