Marketing Manager - BD Pyxis™ Platform

Becton Dickinson seeks a Marketing Manager to drive go-to-market strategies for the BD Pyxis™ cloud-enabled medication management platform. The role focuses on commercialization, customer engagement, and portfolio growth across health systems, requiring strategic thinking and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities
Support development and execution of commercialization strategies for cloud-enabled BD Pyxis™ solutions
Execute campaigns to build awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty
Develop customer-facing content including case studies and webinars
Collaborate with clinical, product, and HEOR teams to align evidence generation with commercialization goals
Analyze market, customer, and competitive insights to inform messaging and strategy
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
Minimum 3 years marketing or commercial experience
Ability to operate in ambiguity and structure new opportunities
Customer-first mindset focused on delivering value and outcomes
Up to 30% travel capability
Med Tech experience preferred
Master's degree or MBA preferred
