Workday Product Manager - NYC (Hybrid onsite 2-3 days a week)

Technical Product Manager – Workday & Enterprise Support

Healthcare client

Location: Remote/Hybrid – 2-3 days onsite/ week at NYC

*open for candidates that can relocate from Day 1 (EST candidates preferred)

Long term contracts

• Experience: 5+ years in Product Management, Enterprise Applications, HRIS, Finance Systems, or Business Systems Delivery.
• Workday: 3+ years of Workday experience preferred/required per JD; hands-on experience with Workday HCM, Finance, Adaptive Planning, or Integrations is highly relevant.
• Core Skills: Product roadmap, backlog prioritization, requirements gathering, user stories, acceptance criteria, Agile delivery, UAT, release planning, and stakeholder management.
• Functional Knowledge: HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Finance, Procurement, Expenses, Workforce Planning, and Reporting.
• Technical Knowledge: Workday integrations/APIs, reporting, business process configuration, security roles, access controls, and enterprise data flows.
• Preferred: Healthcare or regulated-industry experience, Workday certification, vendor management, and Workday release/production support experience.

Key screening criteria: Product Management experience + applied Workday experience + strong business/technical stakeholder management
