Relationship Manager- FX/CFD- Dubai

We are currently looking for Relationship Managers/Account Managers across different seniorities who will be keen to join a well-established international Stock Exchange LISTED FX/CFD broker (CMA CAT 1 and DIFC) with a strong presence across multiple jurisdictions, based in Dubai, UAE.

Key day-to-day tasks include:

Client Relationship Management:

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients, including institutional clients, high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients and introducing brokers.
2. Understand clients financial goals, risk appetite, and trading objectives.
3. Regularly communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and provide updates on market trends and opportunities.
4. Act as the main point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring prompt and efficient service delivery.

Business Development:

1. Identify and target potential clients to expand the client base and increase business opportunities.
2. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
4. Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to promote the company services and establish new business relationships.

Financial Market Knowledge:

1. Stay updated with market trends, economic indicators, and regulatory changes affecting the FX and CFDs trading.
2. Provide clients with accurate and timely market insights and investment strategies
3. Analyse financial data, charts, and technical indicators to identify trading opportunities and risks.
4. Collaborate with research analysts and traders to develop investment ideas and strategies for clients.
