The Opportunity

We are recruiting a Cyber Transformation Consultant to join a leading global innovation and transformation consultancy.

This is an opportunity to work with major organisations on complex cybersecurity transformation programmes spanning people, processes and technology. You will help clients strengthen their cyber capabilities, align security with wider business objectives and successfully implement sustainable organisational change.

The position would suit an experienced cyber consultant who combines strong cybersecurity knowledge with programme delivery, stakeholder engagement and commercial skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to shape cybersecurity strategies and transformation plans.
  • Lead cyber and technical programmes from initial scoping through to implementation.
  • Ensure new cyber capabilities are successfully embedded and deliver measurable benefits.
  • Assess how people, processes, technology and organisational culture affect cybersecurity.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
  • Manage project teams and coordinate activity across multiple business areas.
  • Support organisations transitioning to new operating models and ways of working.
  • Identify and resolve complex cybersecurity and transformation challenges.
  • Produce high-quality proposals and other business-development materials.
  • Help identify and develop new opportunities within existing and prospective clients.
  • Support the development of colleagues and contribute to the wider cyber consulting practice.
Experience Required
  • Strong experience within cybersecurity, digital trust or cyber transformation consulting.
  • A track record of delivering complex cyber or technical programmes.
  • Experience taking initiatives from initial scope through implementation and benefits realisation.
  • Broad understanding of cybersecurity across people, processes and technology.
  • Ability to connect cybersecurity initiatives with business strategy, operating models and organisational culture.
  • Excellent stakeholder-management skills, including experience engaging senior leaders.
  • Strong project, programme and team-management capabilities.
  • Experience developing proposals and supporting business-development activity.
  • Knowledge of current cybersecurity trends, technologies and industry challenges.
  • Relevant cybersecurity qualifications or professional accreditations.
Experience within consumer, manufacturing or industrial organisations would be particularly valuable.

Working Arrangements

The role is based in Belfast and offers hybrid working. You will generally work from the office or a client site for a minimum of two days per week.

Travel may be required depending on the client engagement, with some assignments requiring additional time on site.
